Introduction to Essential oil

Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.

They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. If you have ever walked by a field of lavender, or smelled fresh cut mint, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils.

In addition to aromatic qualities, essential oils provide have many natural properties that can benefit the body in many different ways.

Try this at home: Squeeze the peel of a ripe orange. The fragrant residue on your hand is full of essential oils.

Essential oils are non water-based phytochemicals made up of aromatic compounds.

Essential oils are very clean, almost crisp, to the touch and are immediately absorbed by the skin. Pure, unadulterated essential oils are translucent and range in color from crystal clear to deep blue.

We believe that eating real food is the best thing for our bodies, but We also am realistic about the world we live in and don’t believe we have to be perfect to improve our health.

The same goes with using herbal essential oils. We LOVE using essential oils in place of modern medication when we can, but we don’t spend thousands or go overboard with them either. we will find a happy balance and enjoy the benefits of essential oils whenever we need them:)
