The Corrier we will send it by local

1.) all the item(parcel) will be send on next order day.

2.) if order on Friday or weekend, the order will be send on next week working day.

3.) West Malaysia all RM6.90 Shipping(subjective to item) and East Malaysia will charge RM12.00 .

4.) After confirmed payment will be provide Tracking Number by email , Pos Laju Tracking Number will updated on Night 10 pm.  

5.) The tracking number will be sent to email, and it will update on every night 10pm.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns
We are not accepted unreasonable returned, unless the product damaged during delivery(Only within 7 day).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product open sealed  is un-refundable & un-returnable.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refund only available for product after sold within 7th day.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
